Cancellation Policy

A major credit card is required upon booking your treatment in order to confirm your reservation. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be received no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a full-price charge for all booked services. This applies to Package Holders and Wellness Club Members as well (your session will be deducted from your account if cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment).

Services Refund Policy

While we make every effort to make our clients as happy as possible, all services are final. We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer refunds on any used or unused appointments/sessions for individual services or service packages.

Products Refund Policy

For the safety of our clients, we will not accept any returns of products (regardless of if they are still sealed or not). CBD in tincture and salve form can be temperature sensitive and we pride ourselves in selling products in high quality condition. As a small business we can not refund products that we will not be able to resell, therefore no refunds will be issued if you are unsatisfied with your product. We apologize for any inconveniences.
